This is Just wrong!

I didn't have a nap yesterday. Felt I was doing okay without one and that hardly ever happens.  Even got outside for a couple hours.  Figured that might have contributed to my energy level.  Anyhow, I stayed up until 11:15 last night (hooked on Ray Donovan) and went to bed and yawned and yawned.

Then I tossed and turned until 4 a.m.!  Got up to make some cocoa and read the Leader and here I sit at 4:35 a.m.  Gonna' head to the recliner and see if I can't drop off.

No worries to speak of, no caffeine (outside of the cocoa I just drank), no extreme body pain, no special plans in the works activity-wise so what's with this insomnia?!  Aggravating as hell!  I guess my inner clock got all screwed up with no nap and fresh air and a late night watching television.

No reason for me to get online as I've finished browsing my usual websites. Think I'll concentrate on cleaning the kitchen later today.  Doesn't that sound exciting?
