Trying out New Things

I've been wanting to start a new blog and today I'm taking a stab at it. I've had such a problem with signing in using my hotmail address and then not being able to access google while I was on my blog. Which is not in the least interesting but I'm struggling here to just chatter away and see if I can post this, add a picture, log off, and then get back on again.  I'm also having a problem with passwords but hopefully, I'm on the right track.

I wanted to keep this blog private, meaning only certain people could access it but google had too many hoops for readers to jump through.  Meaning they had to sign up for a google account and I know not everyone is interested in that!  Anyhow, I may "or may not" use this new blog site for writing.  I picked The Swamp Road title because everything else I was trying was already used.  And besides The Swamp Road was a part of my growing up years in Port Townsend.  It's no longer there but I have a picture of what is left.

And with that, I shall now head to my address book and see how many people I can interest in this latest blog of mine. If you've ever followed my blogs before, you know they're not usually that interesting.  Except to me.  ha ha
