I'm not sure what beach this is. Our family went on picnics and beach outings a lot. This is Uncle Jim and Jimmy with backs to the camera and most likely, Marlyn Walker and Lillian Blankenship sitting. Not sure who is looking through binoculars. Maybe Linda or maybe Dale?
Not sure where this is either or how I came to have the photo but it's Lillian and Jim,my aunt and uncle.
Claude & Bob Walker when they lived in Spokane I think.
Cousin Denny and his friend (and my classmate) Dick Freitas in front of Denny's house on Franklin

Joe and Jenni coloring eggs with their dad in 1977 at the San Juan house
Mary and Susan at Easter time in Kirkland. Probably around 1970-71
Cody & Jourdan Hewitt at McDonalds with Catie in the 90's
Catie and her sister Audrey fighting over a book. Love this picture. ha ha
Some old Hilltop Tavern photos. These were copied from an old calendar I borrowed from Robey Robichaux, as I recall.
My dad as he gets ready to go out, I think. I'd forgotten we had an old blanket hung to separate the livingroom from the kitchen. Poor guy had to sleep on a pull out hideabed on graveyard shift.
This is one of the few pictures I have showing our old barn/garage in the background before it was torn down. That building in the back with the wood still stands. Picture below..... That two-story house was where Grandpa's garden was.
This picture of Dana shows the swingset in the backyard that dad and Uncle Jim built from logs.
I think this is Dana and Les although now I'm not positive if it's Les. It was taken when we still had a swamp road.
Cute little Dana playing in the backyard of the house at 22nd & Haines.
These next pictures are ones Mary posted on Facebook of Jake at Easter over in Renton. So cute.
This next picture shows a "trailer" wall hanging I'm working on. Now that I see it, though, I wish I can put the squares in different spots. I was playing with it as I went along trying to make the pieces fit. Tomorrow I'll add this yellow backing. I found some really cool material I forgot I had so I'm gungho into sewing projects again.
I want to do more applique pictures after watching videos on YouTube so I splurged and bought myself this little mini iron. I'm going to have to invest in another iron one of these days. Both the ones I have now are "acting up."
Think I'm gonna' watch Grease (the play) on tv tonight. It's a repeat and I didn't get to see the whole thing last time it was on. What I did see was really good.
Poor Jenni is having a hell of a week. She fell yesterday and broke her foot. Using crutches is too difficult with her balance issues so she's also using this wheeled cart thingie that you kneel on. She fell last Friday night but didn't want to go to the ER at 1 a.m. so she held at until Saturday and ended up having to spend hours there. I hate ERs! And she still has to go to a surgeon in Sequim this week to get a cast. What a waste of time! Why they didn't cast it when she was in there amazes me but that's our world now.
We're still going to drive to Renton on Thursday to babysit Jake. Maddie and Catie will be there too so we should do fine between the four of us. Well, guess I'll scrounge around and see what I've got for dinner. Don't feel like cooking even if it is Easter so I'm thawing out some old enchilladas in the freezer. Damn things are covered with frost but I can't understand why as they were in a really good plastic container. At least I thought it was really good. Obviously it wasn't!
Went to Walmart early yesterday and the place was empty so I scooted in to the hair salon and got my hair chopped off. I look better ....yet I don't. ha ha
