Monday afternoon

Anybody ever get those leg cramps in the top part of your thigh in the back?  KILLERS!  I had a couple last night at midnight and oh, how I hate those. Way worse than calf cramps and they often last longer too.  I've googled that subject before but never really found an answer. Maybe I'll look again.

I decided to do a little rearranging this morning.  Nothing heavy duty except for a small book shelf and I used my handy dandy sliders to move it from my bedroom to the kitchen.  Mainly I just wanted my knickknacks in different spots.  I ended up having to do a lot of dusting on my little curio shelves on the wall.  That's what I get for being a collector, I guess.  Here's what I did...
Moved the craft card table to the kitchen area
Moved the CD players, cassettes, and CD music to the entry way
Moved the rubber duckies from the tub to a shelf
Moved the ceramic cows to the kitchen and added some of my toilets (hung over the toilet)
Rounded up various bric-a-brac and Mickey Mouse cups to keep everything in one spot.  Well, sorta. Actually, I have stuff on window sills, tables and book shelves too.

Got one call on my newspaper ad for the 122 books I'm trying to sell but he was looking for how-to books on motors and such.  For now they're stored in the garage.

Here's two pictures I saw on Facebook today that I really liked.

I drove down to Walgreens to pick up some reprints and then decided to stop in at the library to get some more audio books. Got one by Dean Koontz, Patricia Cornwell, and Hillary Clinton.  I had to go by Haggens on the way home (where I seldom shop) but I noticed a big sign saying "last ten days" so I wandered in to look at what they had left on their shelves. All prices were slashed.  Felt strange walking through a large grocery store with most of the shelves empty.  I ended up buying a can of V-8 juice and a sack of mini York mints.

Today marks 11 years since my cousin, Claude Walker died.  Three weeks from now will mark 7 years since my dad passed on.  Hard to believe it's been that long.

Well, I just finished lunch and now I'm sleepy. Think I'll head for the recliner and get that ole senior nap that seems to be pretty much necessary on a daily basis.  Sigh....
