Paperwork Clean up

Decided it was time I got things in order around here. At least in this office space of mine.  Why I think I need 8 phone books and 2 dozen calendars is beyond me.  Well, I know why.  I have hoarder tendencies but I'm working on it.  Besides, these calendar pictures are way too pretty to toss.  I wish I could afford to have some of them framed.

I started out by sweeping the kitchen and vacuuming the house a bit. Then rearranged the furniture a little in the living room.  Always makes me happy to do that.

After running a couple of errands, I told myself today was the day I disposed of excess paper work and got my genealogy files into notebooks.  I also need to find a central spot where I stick the little odds and ends of stuff I want to refer to later.  I never can find anything and I'm forever working on making a better filing system. The Virgo in me I guess.

Since I pretty much finished the family tree project I've been working on for the past few weeks, now I can move on to other interests.  Well, I'm almost ready to move on.  I still have to edit a little more before I decide to send it to the printers.  All fun and games for me.

The twins return from Lake Cushman today.  They'll be biting at the bit to get their license but I'm pretty sure they'll have to wait until tomorrow as the DMV is closed on Mondays.  And with that, I'm off and running. I'm just procrastinating getting to the task at end by stopping to blog.  It's what I do.
