St. Patrick's Day coming up

As I usually do before I go to bed (or sometimes first thing in the morning) I make up a "let's get this done" list.  I put every little job on it that I can think of so it looks like I was really productive and busy at the end of the day.  My only "physical chore" on it today is to clean out two dressers and the walk-in closet.  I did manage to do the dressers but I'm walking like a very old lady today and being on my feet is not working to my advantage. So.... the closet can wait until tomorrow. It's always a real chore to try and downsize clothes anyway and you have to be in the right mind set --and rested.

Mary Norton and I went into Port Townsend yesterday afternoon for Rita Hubbard's retirement party. Pictures I took there include these:
Rita and some of her friends from the Fiddlers group sang a few songs. Love to hear that music. I put a video of it on my Facebook page.
I didn't know everyone there as the mill folks were some from the old days and some from more recent times. This photo above shows Sid Hubbard, Reed Walters, and Maryann Walters on the right.
The only one I kind of know in this photo is Diana Kobetich but that's not her married name.
Greg Knowles (I couldn't remember his name even though I knew him very well) and Steve Nordwell

Steve Nordwell, Laura Southmayd, Ev Muehlthaler, Mary Norton
Mary Norton, Greg Knowles, Harry Fountain
                                           me, Mary, and Peggy Norcutt
Mary, Peggy, Stan Cupp, Eve, Chuck Madison

Peggy Norcutt & her twin sister
                                                       Mary and Barb Richter
                                                                   Patricia Willestoft

And here's a couple pictures I took where San Juan Grocery used to sit.

Mary and I decided to stop for dinner at 7 Cedars Casino on the way home. A lot more crowded on a Friday night than when we usually go to have lunch on a weekday.

Well, that's about all I have for now. I'll be taking photos at the mill luncheon Monday so I'll have more to share then.
