One of my birth days

Happy 53rd birthday to daughter #2.
Ahhh....how I enjoy those pictures of me when I had less fat, more hair, more teeth, good skin, and little kids! haha

I've been kind of spinning my wheels today trying to get in the mood to do something.  I put my latest collection of rocks in the sink to soak in bleach and then added to the box of rocks I'm going to eventually start painting.
I wanted to do some sewing but just couldn't get motivated to stay in the bedroom and play.....so....I pulled my ONE bin of material to the living room and set up a tv tray for ironing and a cutting mat area for snipping out pieces and decided I'd be more likely to stick with something if I was in a comfortable spot.

I did manage to get some writing done earlier this morning but I think I'm kind of tired and need a nap.  I was finding it too difficult to write about grandmothers I never knew so now I've changed direction and will write about all the grandparents I didn't know along with the one grandfather I did know.  Between the census records, my various notes, obits, and a few pictures, I think I can find enough to keep me busy.

Saw a picture on Facebook of my cousin Claude's wife, Lorraine, who is in Bellingham right now.
Haven't seen her in ages.

Mary sent me a picture of the birthday party at Federal Way she's at with her gang.

And here's a second picture that Jenni's daugher photoshopped. hahahha

The dinner menu for tonight is salad, bacon-wrapped chicken, baked potato, cauliflower, and cheesecake.  I can go with that.

I think I'm going to head to my recliner now and see if an hour nap might help my energy level.  I should go out and go for a walk and get some fresh air but that's not gonna' happen.
