Thursday evening

 Mary just got home from buying her new car. A 2023 Toyoto Highlander hybrid. So very nice inside.

She said getting through the paperwork was a real pain but she's so glad to have the experience over and done with.

I went to Walmart and Safeway today. My first time out in six days. Been under the weather with a urinary tract infection. Wanted to die. Mary took me to urgent care to get my antibiotic on Monday.

I went to bed at 8:15 last night and 6:30 the night before that. So tired out. Today I did up my thank you cards and sprayed all my tennis shoes with deodorizer. Damn shoes have made my closet smell. Never had that problem before.

I had such a nice birthday. One of Mary's gifts was to take my car in for an oil change. That was such a surprise. I knew I was way overdue having it done. Tomorow I'm going to clean out my receipt box and try to get at least two letters written. Mary is taking me for a ride in her new car as I have to go to UPS to return an order.  I sent for a salt shaker today. I didn't need pepper so I was happy to find I could buy just one. Only $2.

I've been watching a Disney show called Dead End Express. Another Alaska wilds show. I just love them. About the only daytime show I tune in is Kelly Clarkson. I get a kick out of her.

Well, I'm going to fix some top raman now. Mary got in late and Andy took Jake to soccer practice.
