Saturday at 6 pm

I'm finally starting to feel better. Been under the weather for three days with fatigue, headache, tummy ache, and general blahs.  Finished a really good book this afternoon. House Lessons by Erica Bauermeister. You can see her in interview showing parts of the house she renovated in PT on Youtube.

The staff here at Disco View had the residents dress up yesterday and have their picture taken in old west costumes. This morning they decided to do one of themselves and asked me to take the picture.

Granddaughter Catie posted a picture of her half sister on Facebook. Audrey is now a doctor! So cool.

The carpet people aren't going to lay carpet on the second floor, just in the dooways. Too expensive I guess. That's okay. I think the carpet is good enough anyhow. Will be interesting to see what color I end up getting.
Finished a good book today. House Lessons by Erica Bauermeister. She renovated a place up on Morgan Hill and you can see an interview with her on Youtube.

Watched this documentary on Amazon Prime the other night called Gloriavale.  About this Christian outfit in NewZealand. Scary. And oh so sad.

Think I'm going to set up another jigsaw puzzle tomorrow. Also playing with the idea that I might need to make a small blackberry cobbler since I have this big ole sack in the freezer and need to free up room.

One of the more annoying symptoms I'm dealing with now is numbness in my fingers.  I've had an issue with toe neuropathy but it only flares once I take off my shoes for bed.  This finger numbness is annoying and I can't help but wonder what is causing it.  Nerve issue in my neck or low back? Carpal tunnel syndrome?  I figure it's a nerve problem somewhere and heaven only knows if I can get it fixed --or diagnosed as to what is causing it. I'll see my new doctor at the end of April but I'm not expecting any miracles. This old body is just breaking down little by little.

A classmate came to town (from Idaho) this week so we had fish and chips at the Bayview. Yummy!
Marlene Dudleston Flemens and I go back to grade school years.
