22 years ago I attended my youngest daughter's wedding at a church here in Port Angeles and the fun reception afterwards at the Elks Club. That was a fun party and the last time I did the Hokey Pokey. Might be the last time I was tipsy too, now that I think about it. Much quieter today. I plan on messing around in the sewing room, working on a craft, and "maybe" I'll set up a jigsaw puzzle. Or not. The card table is being used in here for my sticks and stones picture endeavor. Made one yesterday but can see I definitely need to get back to the beach and a park for more stones and twigs. Still, I like the looks of it and will continue to look for ways to mount them.
Woke up to a lot of fog but the weatherman says it will burn off eventually. The lawn is looking kind of shabby and I'm going to have to get Hunter over here this week if I can. I cleaned out the refrigerator this morning and that felt good. Didn't have an assortment of food that needed to be discarded as my frige is usually pretty empty looking but I did need to clean off the shelves. Discovered that the little door shelves were movable so I changed that around while I had them out to clean in the sink.
I was going to do this job yesterday but for whatever reason, I was too tired. Really tired all day long. I never understand when that fatigue sets in the way it does because I absolutely get nothing done and need to nap. And I never want to get up from the nap. That can't be good. I went to bed (thinking I wouldn't sleep because I had napped) but this ole body was wiped out and I was out like a light. I guess when you need sleep, you just plain need sleep.
Well, that's about all unless something interesting happens later in the day. It is only 9 a.m. and I'm just sitting here having a second cup of coffee before I head back to the sewing room. Have a good weekend.
