Saturday morning

Got up at 6 glad to leave that dang dream behind. Also very happy that the temperature has dropped. Between the heat and my bursitis, I haven't been able to accomplish much the last few days. I made up for it this morning, though.

Pulled the two garbage bins back to the yard from the alley. Picked up dog poop. Scrubbed the bird baths with a wire brush and put in fresh water. Watered a few plants. Swept the front porch and steps and walked around with a broom knocking down spider webs. Washed two loads of laundry. Unhooked the a/c and stuck it in a corner in case it's needed during September. Removed several knickknacks from around the living room and kitchen to store away.
Took a dust mop to the ceilings in two rooms (been spotting cobwebs at night) and after I get the laundry folded, I'm going to head to the sewing room and see what I can put together.  I probably overdid it a little as my "operated on" shoulder was trying to grab or something.  Sending me signals to cool it, at any rate.  And I'm going to.  Always happy to get a long list of chores done.

Found a series on Netflix last night that looked kind of interesting. American Crime. Looks to have two seasons with about 22 episodes.  Am listening to a western audio book while sewing -- The Searchers, the old John Wayne flick. Pretty good too.

And that's about all I got.
