Getting colder

Funny how quickly the weather can change.  I don't really mind, though.  I think I was ready for fall a week or two back.  It is warming up. I was outside a minute ago and it seemed warmer out there than in the house.

Went to the doctor (a new guy that I wish was my doctor). Wanted to get some answers as to why my toes have been tingly and numb and cold and why I've been suffering longer than usual with toe, foot, calf, and leg cramps.  I did some blood work done to see if I'm deficient in vitamins. He suggested I start taking B12 supplements too so I bought some later.  I have to do stretches three times a day (so lazy about that) and he suggested I drink more water and drink tonic water now and then.  I'd lost some weight since my last appt Aug 22 but I think their scales are goofy as I sure don't see any reason for weight loss.

I did some rock painting yesterday and a little sewing.  May or may not do the same today. Kind of tired since I didn't sleep well last night.  Tomorrow will be better.

Mary went to have lunch with her friends yesterday so I always look forward to the picture posted on Facebook.
Catie and Brandon were out and about (they do a lot of fun stuff) and he sent me this photo of Catie riding a dinosaur.
Mary sent me a picture of Jake in an airplane at the Puyallup Fair but I made it into two pictures after I saw the people below.  Made me laugh.

The last picture today is kind of a sad one. Jenni settling in to the computer room (now her bedroom).
Her and Wayne separated on Sunday.  Needless to say, the mood around here is mighty gloomy.  He's sad, the kids are sad, she's sad. Long story and too personal to share on a blog. Hopefully, time will help things get all ironed out and back on an even keel.  Hasn't been the best year.
