a recipe

I was given some blackberries yesterday from my sister-in-law's freezer so looked online for an easy cobbler recipe. Jenni wanted one with oatmeal and I found this one. (just had some and it's GOOD!)

blackberry cobbler with oatmeal

2 cups blueberries
2 cups blackberries
2 cups raspberries      (I only used 4 cups of blackberries & forgot the others)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Crisp topping:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. grease the pan or bowl
2 MIx berries with the sugar, flour and cinnamon; place in pie plate.
3. Combine the oats, flour, both sugars and salt in a bowl.  cut in butter & Sprinkle over the berries.

4. Place the pie plate on a baking sheet (I didn't do this)

Bake for an hour
