Sunday Afternoon

Today I worked on a new jigsaw puzzle, did a little sewing on the crumb quilt blocks, watched golf and football, had the Seahawks game on (muted sometimes) so I could read, played a couple games of bingo online, played some solitaire games, and gave a little thought to exercising.  Yes, that's as far as the exercising got but there's always tomorrow.
Jenni made me a little stuffed pepper so I drove over to her house to bring it home in a casserole dish to cook up.  I had a yummy hamburger for lunch. Small patty with all the trimmings including cooked onion. Yum.  I'm waiting for the Golden Globes to come on next and will have to cut up an apple for dessert as I have nothing in the house and I'm trying to be good.

I'm hoping the rains quit long enough tomorrow for me to go out and about around town to take some pictures. Not sure of what yet but I'll find something. I did take one of this house that I pass on the way to Jenni's.
This place has always interested me because every time I drove by, I wondered how in the hell people can live like that.  Come to find out they were hoarders. Must have been evicted as the place is empty. I should have taken some pictures before.  It was unbelievable.  Hoarding is one of those things that I just can't understand. Kind of like anorexia and bulimia. I know they're valid problems as they seem to be so numerous but it still makes me shake my head and wonder.  I've seen those hoarder shows on tv and I generally have come to the conclusion that the people are just plain lazy folks.  Sometimes mental health is involved too, of course, but so many times it still  appears as laziness is the main factor.

Nice to see the Seahawks come out on top.  Football is certainly a hard physical sport. I bet a lot of those guys are gonna' be suffering when they get older.  I was glad to see Tennessee beat the Patriots. I won't have YoutubeTV by the time the Super Bowl comes on but I guess I'll survive.  I watched a pretty good movie last night on Showtime called Wildlife.

And that's about it for my Sunday so far.
