It's about 4:30 in the afternoon and it's lookin' kind of dark out there. I made a quick run to North Beach (with Barbara Shaw) as I wanted to see how the beach looked after our storm of a few days ago. Also wanted to pick up some twigs for a project I'm thinking about. I can't navigate over logs anymore so my access to some beaches is limited. Can't even run down a slight incline as I'm too afraid of falling on my face. Was surprised to see this HUGE log blocking the boat ramp and I imagine it'll stay there until another storm blows in. This picture doesn't do it justice.

Saw this picture on Facebook the other day. I think I've seen it before but I still find it interesting.

Smells like paint in here right now. I spent the morning pour painting a couple dozen rocks and now they have to sit for two days before I can glaze them. Normally, I'd open the window to air it out but it's little too cold for that right now. Tomorrow I may paint a few rocks with cartoon like figures on them and then I think I'll switch back to sewing projects for a while. Jigsaw puzzles are calling my name too.
I guess a pharmacist is visiting here next Tuesday morning to give booster shots to whoever wants one. I'll get one but I have my reservations about it. Only because I've heard of a few folks getting sick for a while afterwards and I don't want to be under the weather on Thanksgiving day as I'm driving to Vancouver, WA for dinner. I didn't have any problems with the first shot but I sure did the second and I didn't do real great with the flu shot either.
