I've been going through pictures and files today trying to think of new Xmas gift ideas. I came across my facebook "keeper" file and thought I would share a few of the things that made me chuckle or laugh outright.
This picture always fascinated me. Showed apes feeling sadness as one of their own is lead away to be buried.
Barbie at 45th high school reunion
I may have had a busy birthday outing but man, the next two days were hell! I came down with vertigo. I'm better now but not 100%. Still feel a little off in the head. Well, you know what I mean. Ha ha I decided I'd get in to see a doctor to make sure it's not impacted wax. I do have a history of that and my ears are still tingalinging now and then. I was on hold for 20 minutes to make the appt and still couldn't get in to see anybody until Oct. 7th. Ironically, I called the clinic across the street (by accident) and they picked up my call on the first ring. What is wrong with this picture?!!!!!
I got my flu and covid booster this morning and then went to Safeway. I was out of ice cream. I did buy broccoli while there, though, so that evens everything out.
I saw some Jeff. Co.historical pictures on Facebook last week. I always save them to my computer as I adore old PT shots. I sent off today to get some reprints. (for Xmas gifts maybe) Here's some....
the Lincoln school
dry goods store
Denny Sullivan's (I think) unless it was after he sold it
I think this is PT motel now
I'm continuing to work on this craft project (for Xmas gifts) but it didn't turn out as great as I envisioned it. That's okay. Learn as you go.
And that's about it for my Tuesday. Have to buy a Leader tomorrow to see if my picture from 1960 is printed. Hope I get some response.
