It's 9 a.m. and I just stuck my last load of laundry in the coin operated machines down the hall. Have a few quarters left so I think I'll give them to my neighbor. Going to be a busy week for me at times. Today is my final doctor appt. Have my Vancouver doctor set up for July 7.
I think I'm going to pack up the bathroom a bit today and finish cleaning out the closet. There's really not much in either but they do need a little attention. Tomorrow I go to lunch at Kris Logue's house, Wed I'm meeting Bill and Teresa Arey at Bayview, Thursday I'm meeting Joanne Gilles at The Cup. Saturday I'm going next door where my brother lives as they're having some kind of event where the public is invited. They're going to mention their residents that are involved in various stuff like writing, painting, etc. I want to get a picture of Dana during this. There will be free food and a band.
Friday morning a couple are coming to take my bed and once it's out of the bedroom, I'll have more room to work with the boxes in there. Yesterday I pretty much loafed. Watched golf all day for two days. Was excited that Ricky Fowler was in first place but he messed up yesterday and fell to fifth place. Even with that loss, I read online he's worth $43 million.
I've been passing my time by reading this week. I keep going down to the library and bringing various paperbacks up. Not many have been able to hold my interest, though, so I take them back and bring up more. I've got Dean Koontz waiting on me now.
Well, I guess I'll play some solitaire as I await my buzzer going off telling me the dryer is ready. Here's a picture my daughter, Sue posted on Facebook with her dad.
